Machinery design
EXCELENT Premium sowing machines are the second generation of share sowing machines using the system of front and rear rollers, which provide not only precise depth guidance of sowing shares but also efficient soil processing. The result is excellently equable vegetation even in dry years, when the sowing is done to dry lumpy soil. Front rubber-tyred roller in combination with digital skidding excellently levels the soil. Digital skid spreads lumps under wheels, so more than 90% of lumps are crushed already in front part of the machine. Therefore EXCELENT Premium is not demanding to previous soil processing and it is excellent also for sowing after deeper soil spud. Rear double rubber-tyred roller makes full-area roll out immediately after seed deposition. After sowing with EXCELENT Premium share sowing machine no more mixing of the land is necessary. The quality of soil processing after passage of EXCELENT Premium sowing machine can rightly be compared with presowing combinators.
eXtra STEEL Line
EXCELENT Premium sowing machine is very compact and it enables quick and safe transport and navigation at the same time. Low weight is the important advantage of EXCELENT Premium sowing machines. It was achieved thanks to the eXtra STEEL line technology. By using very strong materials for many components and by optimisation of their dimension important saving of weight was achieved. Thus the EXCELENT Premium sowing machines belong to the lightest in their category in the market. It naturally reflects in operational parameters of these machines. EXCELENT Premium 8 can manage with the tractor of the output of 240 horse-power and the average consumption moves within 6 – 8 litres. EXCELENT Premium has little demands for maintenance as well. The machine has minimum of lubricating points and most of mobile parts does not need any maintenance. This is the result of the use of the eXtra STEEL line technology. Thanks to this the operators lose minimum of time during the season with the maintenance and so they can reach high working outputs.
Excellent manoeuvrability
Short construction enables excellent tracing and small radius while turning on the headland. Lengthwise seed reservoir enables good view behind the machine and safe reverse.
Effective levelling and lump crushing
Combination of tyre roll and digital skidding is very effective in levelling and compacting the soil. Digital skid levels the surface and spreads lumps under wheels. By passing of this section the soil is well processed and more than 90% of lumps are crushed.
Spring protection without any maintenance
New spring protection without any maintenance is very light and also very tight. The share is held within the soil by big release strength of 2700 N. Even in very heavy and hard soils the share does not oscillate and the depth of sowing is always very accurate.
Exact seed deposition
Very flat sowing shares enable exact deposition of seeds. High lifetime and very low traction resistance is its advantage.
Additional fertilising with granulated fertilisers
The reservoir of EXCELENT Premium sowing machine can be divided into two parts. One for seed, the other for fertilizer, in the volume rate approximately of 3:1. Two separate dosing devices dose the seed and fertilizer in required doses. The seed is then mixed in the sowing system and transported together to the sowing shares. This system gives excellent results and it has great advantages:
- Equal distribution of fertilizer in the soil with low local concentration
- Levelled root system with high resistance to drought
- Possibility of using less quality fertilizers (higher proportion of dust)
- Markedly lower traction resistance of the machine at side-dressing
- Lower costs for sowing and fertilizer application
