The passive procedure with the first - rate works and also less energy consumption make possible their use in minimalization technologies.
New special production technology was applied in 2008, which enables using very strong treated materials not only for working members of a machine but also for extremely loaded parts of main frames and adjusting mechanisms. The frames of machines on very exposed places are formed by sections of very strong steel having multiple strengths in comparison to common structural material of good quality. Thanks to eXtra STEEL line technology the machines have smaller weight and much higher service life in the most demanding operation conditions.
