Technical specifications of MONSUN sowing machines
Long-term findings from the agricultural practice are used in the construction of the MONSUN sowing machines. With regard to these findings, the MONSUN sowing machines were divided into 6 basic type series. The individual series only differ in the range of application. Most types are carried and use their own wheels for work. The MONSUN machines are produced in a wide range of operating width, either as fixed or unfolding. The machines use the original ACCORD seeding equipment which enables precise economical sowing. All types of machines may be equipped with three kinds of seeding shoes:
The unit is suitable for light types of soils with low content of plant residues. The closing plate prevents blocking during reverse movement. It gets over obstacles, such as stones and clods, well. Disk Shoe 
The unit is suitable for heavier soils. Its benefit is good permeability and it also manages higher content of plant residues. Disk Shoe X 
The X seeding units are intended for conventional or minimizing sowing into mulch in the heaviest soils with high content of plant residues. The mutual displacement and turning of the disks enables sowing during dry climatic conditions as well as under increased soil humidity. The housing of the disks prevents blocking of the seeds, sticking of soil to the disks and their subsequent clogging. 
The MONSUN machines are fitted with the DRILLMAT III electronic system by Müller Elektronik. The system informs the operator of the machine functions as well as controls the creation of track rows.
Brief overview of the type series
MA - Its construction predetermines the machine for independent sowing or combination with soil processing machines for small and medium acreages. The machine is connected by 3-point linkage. In working position, the machine is semi-carried by own wheels.
MB – This type is intended as an extension to active and passive machines for the preparation of all soil types of soil. The aggregation is realized quickly and simply by means of quick-linkage device.
MC – - It is intended for combining with rotary harrows of one type offered in the accessories. The seed hopper is located above the rotary harrows which optimizes the position of the gravity centre. The adjustable and hydraulically controlled markers are fitted on the rotary harrows.
MD – Low weight, high hopper capacity and working width of 6 to 8 meters predetermines this machine for high performances at low costs. The machine is fitted with two hoppers and two seeding mechanisms with a drive firmly integrated into the axle wheels.
ME – The main advantage of this machine is the hydraulic folding to 3 m transport width. It is intended for independent sowing or aggregation with soil preparation machines. The shoe carrier is hydraulically folding shoes together with the markers and irrigation springs. The machine is supplied in the working widths of 5, 6 and 8 m.
MF – A combination of front-mounted seed hopper and rear- mounted seeding units. This machine may be combined with different soil preparation machines. The front part can be also used for auxiliary fertilization in combination with a sowing machine for precise seeding.
