High quality, low maintenance requirements

The machine is innovative in the overall construction and design as well as in the solution of the individual technical nodes and the use of special material technologies. That provides the machine with very compact dimensions (mainly for transport on ground communications), very low weight and its favourable distribution onto the working bodies and particularly very low maintenance requirements. The machine construction meets the requirements for safety and requirements for the approval of operation on ground communications (SPT3 vehicle category).

Great emphasis is put on the overall design and ergonomics of the machine. All adjusting nodes are easily accessible to the operator and meet strict safety requirements. Most controlling elements are solved by hydraulics and can be comfortably regulated directly from the operator’s position in the tractor during work. The machine has very low maintenance requirements. As against competitive machines, the number of lubrication places and the frequency of lubrication are significantly minimized. Thanks to the eXtra STEEL line® technology, most nodes are completely maintenance-free during the whole lifespan of the machine.

Universal technical solution

The DISKOMAT machine has a very wide use in different technologies of soil processing. It is suitable for the execution of standard stubble-breaking after harvesting crops with different depths (up to 18 cm) as well as for different types of further soil processing. A great advantage of the conception of the machine is the generally known levelling effect so the machine is also suitable for presowing soil processing when emphasis is put on good levelling of the land and quality soil processing. The use of the double rubber-tyred roller in this type of machine is unique. It allows a great compactness of the machine as well as extraordinary high quality of work. The double rubber-tyred roller provides high-quality reverse soil compaction and levelling and creates favourable surface structure.

The double rubber-tyred roller includes an integrated transport axle with braked wheels. The location of the axle ensures a favourable position of the machine centre of gravity during work and provision of the maximal down pressure on the individual rows of discs. This is very important for the reliable work of the machine even in heavy soil conditions and high working speed.
