The Softer disk plough-harrow is new generation of proven disk plough-harrow Disker.
Its main advantage is multipurpose use ranging from first stubble breaking through subsequent pre-seeding soil preparation after fallow breaking or ploughing.
In aggregation with tractor of sufficient power the Softer enables preparation of soil with speed up to 15 km/h. It guarantees early penetration of plant residues into topsoil after harvest.
Softer is manufactured by eXtra STEEL line® technology using high-strength materials. This enabled simple design with increased resistance featuring compactness and multipurpose use with minimum adjusting and lubricating points.
High pressure to each disk together with dentate circumference ensures optimum penetration even to heavy and over-dry soil.

Softer is available in working widths from 4.5 to 11 meters with required traction force 33 HP per one meter of work width in medium heavy soil conditions.
All offered work widths are available in semi-mounted variant with running axle. Very short structure of the machines results in high-precise deep guiding, excellent stability at work and effective quick turning at headlands. Position of shaft towards the main frame is height adjustable and enables adjustment of the machine longitudinal plane. Recommended work speed required for optimum soil processing is 10 – 15 km/h.
Softer enables soil processing from 3.5 to 12 cm. The processing depth is very simply and quickly adjustable by means of distance shims. Combination of shims of different thickness allows adjusting of totally 11 work depth positions.
Disks of diameter O 51 cm are positioned in two rows. For case of contact with obstacle, each disk is separately effectively protected by means of rubber mounting. The disks are housed in maintenance-free bearing with excellent operating life. Optimum geometry of disks ensures high-quality work with very good productivity and high percentage of incorporated plant residues. The disks retain ideal working angle even with partially worn geometry of disks.
The disk spacing of 24 cm ensures good free flow of plant residues. Side deflectors prevents entering of soil bats to space beyond the machine work depth. The extreme disks are separately depth adjustable, which allows continuous connection of runs.
The rear roller can be optionally selected from wide range of rollers: LTX, segment, tube, ring and double roller. LTX, segment and ring rollers made from rubber (LTX roller) and high-quality steel (segment, ring roller) preventing clogging are mainly indented to wet and sticky soils.

Unfolding system
All manufactured widths are designed to comply with legislative for operation on roads and the Softer size during transport does not exceed 3 meters (width) and 4 meters (height). It applies even for plough-harrow of working width 11 meters, which is very compact after tilting to transport position, and due to it the machine is very smart and easily transportable.
