Chisel cultivators Turbulent
Turbulent chisel cultivator allows for performing soil aerating up to a depth of 35 cm with very intensive mixing. The usual working depth of the machine ranges between 10 and 25 cm at working speed of 8 – 12 kph.

Technical specification
Use of the TURBULENT chisel cultivator brings many technological advantages. Soil is deeply aerated and mixed, up to a depth of 35 cm. The usual working depth is 18–25 cm, similar to ploughing depth. Four rows of heavy duty chisel tines, penertrate the soil along the entire width to the set working depth. Even with very deep working, creating a fine tilth leaving very few clods. The bottom soil layer is not uniform. This allows for excellent drainage of water into subsoil layers. It is possible to fit the chisel points with side wings for a real soil undercut. The resulting germenation of plants is excellent. The TURBULENT cultivator is a machine made for incorparation of a large quantity of post-harvest remnants or farm yard manure. The wide tine spacing give the machine good inter body clearence and straw or manure is well incorparated in soil. The percentage of plant remnants that remain on the surface is very small, even less than with classic disc stubble cultivators.

Ridges are made by the rubber-tyred roller. The soil then dries faster in spring.
Chisel with hard facing
Optimized composition of the hard metal of the plate and special technology of low-temperature welding provide excellent resistance against wear and stone damage. In practice, the point usually has 2 or 3 times longer operating life than the common chisel with forged edge. Technological Advantages
At various working depths, it is possible to utilise also the variability of the working span. TURBULENT 4.5 can work in the working width of 4.5 m and after folding the side frames also in the width of 3 m. Thanks to this, it is possible to use the same tractor for deeper processing as for shallower processing.
The mixing effect is very intensive, the ploughshares easily penetrate even very hardened soil (e.g. at headlands). Soil easily runs up the ploughshares, crumbles, and mixes with plant remnants. The high quality of work is visible also when putting in a large amount of plant remnants (e.g. after grain corn). Thanks to the excellent ploughshares geometry and the large spacing of ploughshares, machine clogging does not take place and soil is perfectly processed in the entire span width.
Possibility to work with folded machine
When loosening up to a higher depth, the machine can be folded and a lower performance towing vehicle can be used.
